【摘要】 治疗组100例,对照组50例均确诊为高脂血症。应用α-细辛脑片60mg每天3次,安慰剂2片每天3次治疗。结果:治疗组TC由6.55±1.64mmol/L降至5.89±1.53mmol/L;TG由2.83±1.73mmol/L降至2.01±1.46mmol/L)HDL-C由0.40±0.11g/L升至0.46±0.15g/L;TC/HDL-C由6.6±2.3降至5.2±1.6(P<0.005、P<0.001、P<0.005、P<0.001)。对照组治疗前后血脂各项均无显著改变。治疗组降脂效果为显效75例,有效15例,无效6例,恶化4例,总有效率90％,而对照组总有效率56％(P<0.001)。提示α-细辛脑片是一种可以推荐于临床治疗高脂血症的有效药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 150 patients suffering from primary hyperlipemia were divided into 2 groups at random. The treatment group received α-asarone 60 mg tid for 2 mo, and the control group received placebo 60 mg tid for 2 mo. Asarone decreased the blood cholesterol level from 6.55±1.64 to 5.89±1.53 mmol/L (P<0.005) ; triglycerides level from 2.83±1.73 to 2.01±1.46mmo|/L (P<0.001); cholesterol/high density lipoprotein-chlesterol (TC/HDL-C)from 6.6±2.3 to 5.2±1.6 (P<0.001), and raised the HDL-C level from 4, 0±0.11 to 4.6±0.39 g/L (P<0.005). Clinical efficacy was far better in the α-asarone treated group than in the control group. These rasults demonstrate that α-asarone exerts a favorable effect in moderating the concentrations of the blood lipoproteins.更多还原
