【Abstract】 The karyotype of Paragonimus heterotremus from Nape county of Guangxi was investigated by cell culture. 1. The total chromosome number of P. heterotremus was twenty two (2n=22, n=11). The karyotype consisted of one pair of large-sized metacentric, four pairs of medium-sized sub telocentric, four pairs of small-sized submetacentric and two pairs of small-sized metacentric chromosomes. 2. The karyotype of P. heterotremus was compared with that of the other three species of the lung flukes. The differences in the relative arm length of the chromosome No 1 between P. heterotremus and the other three species (P. skrjabini, P. westermani, Euparagonimus cenocopiosus) were very distinctive (P<0.01).更多还原
