若干网络形成体对Bi系玻璃形成及性能的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了添加少量B2O3,Sio2和P2O5等玻璃网络形成体对Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O系统玻璃形成能力、稳定性和性质的影响。结果表明:Bi在Bi系玻璃中主要以[BIO3]三配位形式存在,该玻璃呈逆玻璃状态;晶化热处理后主晶相为85K的2212低温超导相,未发现110K的2223高温相;引入少量B2O3,SiO2和P2O5能明显提高玻璃形成能力和稳定性,改变析晶程序,促进2223高温相生成;当同时加入少量Sb2O3时,则会降低玻璃熔融温度,加速2223高温相生成,改善其电磁性能。从玻璃结构和2223相形成机理对上述结果作了解释。

【Abstract】 The effects of several network formers, such as B2O3, SiO2 and P2O5, on the formation, stability and properties of Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O glass are studied in the paper. It is shown that the Bi- Sr-Ca-Cu-O system glass exists mainly in the form of BiO3 coordinations, which is in a state of invert glass, and that the primary crystal phase of the glass after annealing is 2212 phase, and no 2223 phase has been observed. Adding a little amount of B2O3, SiO2 or P2O5 can evidently improve the formation and stability of Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O glass, change the crystallizing procedure, and promote the formation of 2223 phase. Adding a little amount of Sb2O3 simultaneously decreases the glass melting temperature, accelerates the formation of 2223 phase and improves the electro-magnetic properties of the superconducting phase. Detailed explanations are given in view of the glass structure and the formation mechanism of 2223 phase.
