莫来石-氧化锆复合材料中氧化锆的强韧化机理
MECHANISM OF STRENGTHENING AND TOUGHENING BY ZIRCONIA IN MULLITE-ZIRCONIA COMPOSITE
【摘要】 研究了莫来石-氧化锆复合陶瓷。用湿化学法制备的纯荚来石其常温抗弯强度和断裂韧性较低,σf=236MPa,KIc=2.5MPa·m1/2,而莫来石-氧化锆复合陶瓷的常温强度和韧性大大提高,σf=612 MPa,KIc=5.1MPa·m1/2。研究结果表明:氧化锆的强韧化机理是微应力场作用、应力诱导相变增韧及第二相粒子强化。
【Abstract】 Mullite-zirconia composites are studied in the paper. Lower bending strength (σ1=236MPa) and fracture toughness (K1c=2.5MPa·m1/2) of pure mullite prepared by wet-chemical method are found. But for mullite-zirconia composite, σ1 (612MPa) and K10. (5.1MPa·m1/2) have been increased greatly. The mechanism of strengthening and toughening by zirconia are thought to be the effect of micro-stress field, zirconia transformation toughening, and the second phase particles dispersion strengthening.
