Li2B4O7单晶生长的研究
STUDY ON THE GROWTH OF Li2B4O7 SINGLE CRYSTAL
【摘要】 用提拉法生长了透明、无芯的四硼酸锂单晶,对该晶体生长过程中产生“芯”的原因进行了详细的讨论,并提出了克服的措施。
【Abstract】 Transparent, core-free Li2B4O7 single crystals of superior quality have been grown by Czochralski method. The cause of the formation of "cores" in crystal growth is discussed in detail and the method of core-elimination is proposed.
