钙钛矿化合物Sr(Fe0.5Nb0.5)O3的缺陷化学
DEFECT CHEMISTRY OF PEROVSKITE COMPOUND Sr(Fe0.5Nb0.5)O3
【摘要】 对Sf(Fe0.5Nb0.3)O3的高温平衡电导率随氧分压(10-16-0.1MPa)和温度(1150-1350℃)的变化关系进行了测量。在仅考虑氧空位V(?)、本征受主杂质A′,电子有e′和空穴h′后建立的点缺陷模型可对实测结果进行拟合,拟合函数为一简单的二次曲线。X射线衍射和透射电镜观察发现在高氧分压的p型区域,样品因氧原子的有序化出现某种超晶格,并导致按照单相模型得到的计算结果与实测值之间出现偏离。
【Abstract】 The equilibrium electrical conduct;vity data of Sr(Fe0.5Nb0.5)O3 as a function of temperature, 1150℃ to 1350℃, and oxygen partial pressure, 10-16~0.1MPa, were measured and quantitatively fitted to a defect model only involving the point defects Vo?, A′, e′, and h′. X-ray and TEM observations indicated a oxygen ordered nperlattice structure in the O-rich, p-type region, which results in deviation of experimental data from she theoretical calculations based oin the sole-phase model.
