KTP晶体生长溶液中溶质和溶剂间的交互作用
THE SOLVENT-SOLUTE INTERACTION IN KTP CRYSTAL GROWTH SOLUTION
【摘要】 本文采用红外光谱法对KTP晶体及其磷酸盐生长溶液进行了分析,得到有关KTP晶体及其生长溶液结构特征的一些信息。实验结果表明,KTP溶解于磷酸盐溶剂后,形成Ti(Ⅳ)的双齿配位的溶剂合物。本文据此讨论了KTP晶体生长溶液中溶质和溶剂的交互作用,提出了KTP晶体在磷酸盐溶剂中生长和溶解的反应机制,并对KTP晶体生长溶液粘度较大的问题进行了解释,提出了工艺上的一些改进办法。
【Abstract】 The composition and structure of the phosphate growth solution of KTiOPO, crystal are analyzed by IR spectrum in this paper. It is shown that in KTP crystal growth solution, there are bidentate coordinated solvates formed by the solvent-solute interaction. From the result, the mechanism of the growth and solubilization are discussed and the viscosity of the phosphate solution is found to be the main factor affecting the growth rate. Some methods are proposed to improve the growth process.
