硫氧化物玻璃锂离子导体的制备及其性质

【摘要】 通过液氮淬冷方法,成功地制备了一种Li2S-SiS2-LiBO2体系硫氧化物玻璃。这种玻璃的热稳定性及抗潮性优于硫化物玻璃,而离子导电率高于氧化物玻璃。玻璃软化温度和电导激活能呈相似规律变化,即均随LiBO2含量的增加而升高,并在LiBO2含量为65mol%左右出现峰形平台,随后又逐渐降低。玻璃室温电导率为10-5S/cm,激活能0.30—0.55ev。文中对玻璃网络结构与体系组成的关系及其对材料热学及电学性质的影响进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 By means of liquid nitrogen quenching method, oxysulfide glasses in Li2S-SiS2-LiBO2 system were prepared. The glasses were analyzed by means of XRD, DTA, XPS, and electrical measurement. The oxysulfide glasses are more thermally stable and more anti-hygroscopic than the sulfide glasses, and are of higher Li+ conductivity than that of the oxide glasses. The glass transformation temperature and activation energy vary with composition in similar ways. That is, Tβ and Eα increase with the increase of LiBO2 content, and form a platform when LiBO2 content is about 65 mol%, then decrease with the increase of LiBO2 content. The conductivity of the glasses at room temperature is about 10-5S/cm. The activation energy varies from 0.30 to 0.55 eV. The relationship between the glass network and composition and its effect on the thermal and electrical properties of the glasses were discussed.
