【摘要】 综述了在牵拉-缩短环运动中,可将负功阶段的能量储存于肌肉的串联弹性成分中,在随后的向心收缩过程中获得再利用的机制及影响因素。弹性能储存和再利用的能力,与负功阶段和正功阶段之间的偶联时间成反变关系,与肌纤维类型及牵拉速度有关,与神经系统的作用也有直接和间接的关系。并建议在以后的研究中,对影响弹性能的储存和利用的因素进行综合性研究,分析在整体状态下各因素的相互作用和整体效应,以求得最大的运动能力。更多还原
