稻、蔗、鱼、菇生态效应研究初报

A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE ECOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF INTENSIVE CULTURE OF RICE,SUGARCANE,FISH AND EDIBLE FUNGUS IN A PADDY FIELD

【摘要】 本研究对水稻、甘蔗、鱼、菇间套种养立体农业模式的农田小气候,土壤肥力,水稻、甘蔗生育、生理指标和稻、蔗、鱼、菇的产量进行了测定。结果表明:水田立体农业使农田小气候得到改善,土壤肥力有一定程度提高,土壤通透性增加,水稻的叶绿素含量、叶面积指数、干物质重、根系活力以及甘蔗的株高、茎粗、根系鲜、干重、叶面积指数、蔗糖分均高于对照,而还原糖低于对照。全年亩产稻谷460 kg,果蔗5.6 t,鲜鱼56.4 kg.凤尾菇902 kg;年亩纯收入3189元,比单种水稻提高经济效益7.5倍,比单种果蔗提高1.7倍,比单种粤蔗7号提高4.7倍,获得了良好的经济、生态和社会效益。

【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of intensive culture of rice,sugarcane,fish and edible fungus on the microclimate and soil fertility in a paddy field, and on rice and sugarcane growth and their physiological parameters.The results showed that the paddy intensive agriculture could improve the quality of field microclimate,increase the soil fertility and soil aeration in a certain degree.The leaf chlorophyll content,leaf area index,dry matter weight,root activity in rice and the stalk height,stalk diameter,fresh and dry weights,leaf area index and sucrose percentage in cane were higher but the reducing sugar in cane lower than those in the control.The paddy intensive agricultrue produced rice grain 460kg,chewing cane(Badila)5600kg,fish 56.4kg and edible fungus 902kg per mu in one year.The net income was over 3189 yuans,which was 7.5 and 1.7 times higher than those for only planting of rice or sugarcane,respectively.All these information suggested that there were good economic, ecological and social results from the intensive culture of rice,sugarcane,fish and edible fungus in paddy fields.
