光学列阵复制技术研究
The study on the reproductive technology of optical array
【摘要】 本文介绍了(2×2)光学列阵用电铸技术复制再经超声抛光制造的高精度模芯,成本低廉、方法简便、具有较高的应用价值。
【Abstract】 This papar introduces mainly the high accuracy mould-core of (2×2) optical array that it’s made by reproducing of electrontyping technology and ultrasonic polishing method. This technology is single and convenilnt, and it has low production cost and high applied value.
