自吸式气体支承的理论分析与实验研究
Theoretical Study and Experimental Investigations on the Vacuum-Preloaded Gas Bearings
【摘要】 采用等参有限元伽辽金法计算自吸式气体支承的性能,同时在单片机控制气体静压支承实验装置上进行实验研究。从而为支承的设计提供了理论基础。
【Abstract】 In this paper a more convenient and effective method Galerkin Isoparametric Finite Element Method was developed to analyze the performances of vacuum-preloaded gas bearings.The experim- ent was done by means of a new-developed aerostatic bearing tes- ting system which uses a single-chip computer as the controller. Thus the theoretical basis for bearing design was provided.
