不连续碳纤维增强ZA-12合金基复合材料的制备工艺
Fabrication of ZA-12 Alloy Based Composite Reinforced with Discontinuous Carbon Fibers
【摘要】 对不连续碳纤维增强ZA-12合金基复合材料的挤压铸造工艺进行了研究。通过正交优化实验,分析了各种因素对复合材料制备工艺的影响,确定了最佳挤压铸造工艺范围。结果表明,挤压铸造法是制造不连续碳纤维增强锌合金复合材料的简便、有效方法。
【Abstract】 Fabrication technique of discontinuous carbon fibers reinforced ZA-12 alloy matrix composite was studied. It consists of the preform fabrication of carbon fibers and squeeze casting of the composite billet. The effects of process parameters on the properties of the composite were analyzed, and the parameter ranges were optimized through orthogonal experiments. Experimental results show that discontinuous carbon fibers reinforced ZA-12 alloy matrix Composite can be fabricated availably by squeeze casting.
