单嘴炉吹氧精炼的水模研究
WATER MODEL EXPERIMENT ON THE SINGLE NOZZLE OXYGEN—BLOWING REFINING FURNACE
【摘要】 采用水模型,研究了单嘴炼炉的吹氧过程,得到了数学物理模型,并讨论了CO2流量,透气砖位置,单嘴内水柱高度,氧枪支数等对AK值的影响。
【Abstract】 The process of oxygen—blowing in the single nozzle refining furnace was investigated by a water model and thereby the mathematical and physical models were established. Effects of CO2flow rate, position of perrmeable bricks, height of water column in the nozzle and number of oxygen lances on the AK value were discussed.
