【Abstract】 In the paper the load rate and the load fluctuation rate were analyzed based on the rolling force and rolling torque which were obtained through measurement on the force parameters of 500mm X3 section mill. Results indicate that the load rates in the most rolling passes stand at medium-low limit and therefore there exists certain potentiality for further development, but for the utilization of the mill there is still much to be desired due to greater load fluctuation rate.更多还原
