溶胶-凝胶法制备Al2O3-ZrO2纤维
Prcparation of Al2O3-ZrO2Fibers by SOL-GEL Method
【摘要】 本文主要研究了Al2O3-ZrO2(Al2O390~100%,ZrO20~10%)凝胶纤维的形成工艺和机理.实验中将氯化锆、金属铝粉、氮化锆和水经过十个小时以上的回流加热反应,然后过滤,加热浓缩以后就可以制得具有成纤性能的母液.研究中,作者观察了母液的丁达尔效应,发现这种效应随着ZrO2含量的增加而趋于显著.此外,通过对溶胶红外光谱的分析发现母液中存在着Zr-O、Zr-Cl以及Zr-OH基团.这些均表明含锆基团已进入胶体的结构.最后,作者在母液中添加少量添加剂研究了胶体的成纤性能.
【Abstract】 Preparation of A12O3—ZrO2 fibers by spinning melt is very difficult due to both its exceedingly high melting temperature and the phase-separation of the melt. So far many refractory fibers, such as SiO2, TiO2,ZrO2, Al2O3 and SiO2—TiO2, SiO2-ZrO2, SiO2-Al2O3 etc, have been prepared by making viscous suspensions as precursors which are possible to spin and then by fibar-drawing followed by firing. In this article, the process and mechanism of the formation of A12O3-ZrO2(Al2O390~00%, ZrO2O~10%) precursors have been studied.In the experiment, ALCl3, Al, ZrCl4and H2O were reacted under 10 hours’ reflux. After filtration, the precursors which can be fiberized were formed by heating and polymerising. The Dymdall effects of the suspensions have been observed and found increasing with the increasing of ZrO2 contents. The precursors have also been investigated by infrared spectrum which demonstrates that Zr-containing groups have entered the matrix of precursor. Finally, the fiber-drawing proporties hace been studied by adding small amount of additives.
