【Abstract】 In this paper, the inter diffusion behaviour among alkali ions in the lithium-containing phosphate laser glass treated in mixed NaNO₃/KNO₃ molten Salts is studied. Concentration distributions of K⁺. Na⁺ and Li⁺ ions in ion exchange layers were given by means of secondary ion mass spectroscopy （SIMS） Dependences of their interdiffusion coefficients on NaNO₃/KNO₃ratio in salt baths were also obtained and discussed.更多还原
