联轴器对大中型电机窜轴的影响
The Influence of Coupling on Axial Hunting of the Shaft in Driving by Medium and Heavy Motors
【摘要】 本文通过现场试验研究和理论分析,指出具有滑动轴承结构型式的大中型电机作为机械设备的拖动电机使用时,出现窜轴现象主要是由于联轴器在传递扭矩时柱销的可压缩性引起两半联轴器销孔不同心,使得柱销倾斜受挤压而对联轴器产生了一个可分解出轴向分力的反弹力所致。使用设计合理、制造精确的新弹性圈柱销联轴器传递扭矩时,能够基本消除轴向力,避免电机转子的轴向窜动。
【Abstract】 After field test and theoretical analysis ,it is pointed out in this paper that,when medium and heavy electric motor with sleeve bearing is used as the driving equipment,axial hunting of motor shaft is caused mainly by the axial retrograde action on the coupling from the coupling pins compressed sideways due to bad alignement of pin holes during torque transmission. Axial force and hunting of the rotor in the electro-motor can avoided largely when a coupling with reasonably designed and accurately manufactured pins are employed.
