麻风病人体内超氧化物歧化酶与脂质过氧化物含量的变化

【摘要】 超氧阴离子(·O2-)是吞噬细胞的重要杀菌物质。超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)直接影响着体内·O2-的浓度。本研究分析各种类型麻风病人(LL、BL、TT、BT)体内SOD和脂质过氧化物(LPO)的变化,同时与正常人和非麻风皮肤病患者进行比较,探讨麻风病人的自由基代谢紊乱与麻风发病的关系。结果发现LL、BL活动期麻风病人组的SOD含量高于LL、BL、TT、BT痊愈病人组和TT、BT活动期病人组以及非麻风皮肤病患者组、正常对照组(P<0.05);而LPO则明显低于非麻风皮肤病患者组和正常对照组(P<0.01)。说明麻风病人体内SOD含量增高,与麻风病人主要是瘤型和界线偏瘤型麻风的发病有关。

【Abstract】 The superoxide anion( · O2)is an important bactericide for phagocytes .The concentra tion of · O2is directly affected by the enzyma ,superoxide dismutase(SOD).In order to clarify the relationship between the metabolic disorder of free radical in lepers and the pathogenesis of leprosy ,the content changes of SOD and lipid-peroxide-object(LPO)in the lepers (LL, BL, TT, BT),the non-leprotic patients with dermatosis and the normal subjects were measured.the results showed that the content of SOD in the group with LL, BL in active stage is higher than that in the group with TT, BT, LL, BL in recovery stage ,TT, BT in active stage, the non-leprotic patients with dermatosis and the control group (P< 0.05),however ,the content of LPO is lower compared with that in the non-leprotic patients with dermatosis and the control group(P< 0.01).It Suggested that the concentration of SOD increased in vivo in the lepers was related to their pathogenesis ,especially to the patients with LL, BL in active stage.
