应用乙状结肠代膀胱的探讨(附1例报告)
An evaluation of using sigmoil in place of bladder
【摘要】 本文介绍一例膀胱全切除后用乙状结肠代膀胱恢复尿路连续性。总结了膀胱切除应注意的问题及切取乙状结肠与应用乙状结肠再建膀胱的经验。
【Abstract】 In this paper, we present a cases of the restoration of uropath continuity on using sigmoid in place of bladder after its total cystectomy and summarize some focal points which should be noticed with cystectomy and the experience in cutting sigmoid and using it in place of bladder.
