功能高分子微球研究丙烯酸酯无皂胶乳粒子表面性质

【摘要】 在甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)的无皂乳液共聚体系中,分别加入少量离子型单体W一十一烯酸钠(SUA)、烯丙磺酸钠(NaAS)进行共聚,合成出分散均匀、“清洁”胶乳粒子。用离子交换—电导滴定鉴定粒子表面基团,讨论了影响粒子表面性质的各种因素。由SUA共聚制备的无皂胶乳,粒子表面均有强酸及弱酸两种基团,而由NaAS参加共聚制备出的胶乳微球,基团种类則与引发剂K2S2O8浓度有关。离子基团浓度主要受共聚单体浓度、引发剂浓度、离子强度以及单体配比所决定。透射电镜表明微球大小均一。

【Abstract】 A series of poly (methyl methacrylatebutyl acrylate) latex have been prepared in the presence of sodium undecylenic acid and sodium allyl sulfonate respectively using potassium persulphate as initiator. The particle surface groups were characterized by conductometric titration. The effects of comonomers content, initator content, ionic strength and the ratio oi monomer on the particle surface properties were investigated for these two series of lattices. Two kinds of groups (strong acid and weak acid) were found on the surface of particles prepared in the presence of SUA, and the surface groups on particles prepared in the presence of NaAS depend on initator concentration.
