低温等离子体化学法制备纳米级TiO2超细粉末
Preparation of TiO2 Ultraf ines with Nano-size by chemical Method of Low-temperature plasma
【摘要】 采用改进的低温等离子体化学法,用无水TiCl4在氧气氛中,制备了小于10nm非晶TiO2超细粉末,通过XRD、TEM、TG-DTA和XPS等手段分析了反应条件对产物形态、粒径大小和组成的影响,研究了热处理条件与TiO2晶化、晶型转变之间的关系,高于200℃时非晶TiO2转化成具有锐钛矿结构的晶态。此外,还初步讨论了TiO2超细粉末形成过程的动力学和电子辐照效应。
【Abstract】 Noncrystalline TiO2 ultrafines with nano-size are synthesized from the system of anhydrous TiCl4 and pure Oxygen by the chemical method of low-temperature plasma.The effect of the flow of all reactive gases or vapour on the shape, grain size and composition of TiO2 ultrafines is discussed by means XRD, TEM, TG-DTA and XPS.The relation between the heattreatment temperature and crystallization of TiO2 noncrystalline ultrafines, and crystalline shape transformation is studied.It is showed that the average diameter of the ultrafines is less than 10nm, and noncrystalline TiO2 is changed to become crystalline state with anatase structure above 200℃. Besides authors also discuss the dynamics analysis of TiO2 ultrafines formation process and study primarily electron radiation effect.
