【摘要】 现代生产高度机械化、自动化和精密化的状况,使设备因故障停机及修理等造成的经济损失变得空前尖锐,原有的设备管理遇到了严重的挑战。新提出来的第三代维修管理的核心问题是“以可靠性为中心”的维修策略,其实质是根据机器设备的各种故障后果影响,分别制定出最合适的监测、检查及维修计划,以便最经济地保持设备的固有可靠性。本文就具体设备故障后果影响方面,论述了定性和定量的分析计算方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The kernel of a new 3rd. generation equipment management is the strategy of reliability centered equipment maintenance, Its essence is the planning of monitoring, inspecting and main- taining equipments according to the influences of various of consequence equipments breakdown to maintain the intrinsic reliability economically .In the paper. the inflences of equipment break- down consequences are further analysed.
