【Abstract】 Rhodamine B, C₂₈H₃₁O₃N₂Cl, a sensitive and effective bio-cell dyeing material, has been found wide application in analytical chemistry for the determination of many metallic ions. But the synthesis of its Pd-complex has not been reported yet. In this paper, Pd-Rhodamine B complex is synthesized and characterized. Its effect on inhibiting the growth of Hep and Ec carcinogen cells is also briefly studied. It is found that the complex has no obvious effect on mouse weight with Hep or Ec cancer.更多还原
