TiAl基金属间化合物晶粒细化剂的研究
The Study of Grain Refiner for TiA1 Basic Intermetallic Compound
【摘要】 研究了添加BN对Ti-34.1 wt%(48at.%)Al合金晶粒尺寸的影响。实验发现,BN是TiAl合金的强晶粒细化剂。添加少量BN就能使TiAl合金的铸态组织由粗大柱状晶转变为细小的等轴晶。同时发现,热处理对Ti-34.1 wt%Al-BN合金的机械性能有较大影响,Ti-34.1%wt%Al-1.0wt.%BN合金铸态下具有较好的综合机械性能和显微组织。
【Abstract】 The effect of BN addition on the grain size and mechanical properties of Ti-34. 1wt.%A1 alloy was investigated. It was found that BN is an effective grain refiner for TiAl base alloys. A little of BN to TiAl can turn the casting microstructure of the alloy from coarse columnar grains to fine equiaxed. It was also found that the heat treatment affects the mechanical properties of TiAI+BN alloys, and that Ti-34.1wt.% A1-1. Owt.%BN alloy has better mechanical properties and microstructure.
