不连续碳化硅增强2124Al复合材料的低温性能
Cryogenic Properties of Discontinuous SiC Reinforced 2124Al Composites
【摘要】 对不连续SiC(晶须和颗粒)增强2124Al复合材料进行了低温拉伸和断口分析。试验表明,这类复合材料具有优异的低温性能,其强度随温度的降低而增加,塑性则下降不多。在低温下,晶须的增强效果优于颗粒。
【Abstract】 Cryogenic tension and fracture surface analyses of discontinuous SiC (whisker and particle ) reinforced212 4A1 composites are carried out. It is indicated that the composites exhibit excellent cryogenic properties.With decreasing temperature, the strength of the composites increases, While the ductility decreases but notmuch. SiC whisker is more effective reinforcement material than SiC particle at cryogenic temperature.
