低烧高性能弛豫铁电陶瓷的研究

【摘要】 系统研究了铅系弛豫铁电陶瓷的材料组成、低烧技术、显微结构及介电性能。空冷和退火热处理可以显著提高材料的力学强度和击穿场强。所研制的PMN-PZN-PT等系列陶瓷可在900℃烧成具有优良的介电特性、适用于Z5U标准的多层陶瓷电容器。用XRD、SEM和TEM等对材料的显微结构进行了分析。

【Abstract】 The composition, the low-firing technique, the microstructure and the properties of lead-based ferroelectric relaxor ceramics were studied. Its mechanical and breakdown strength can be improved obviously by air quenching and annealing heat treatment. The PMN-PZN-PT ceramics sintered at about 900℃ with excellent properties was obtained. It can meet the standard of Z5U multilayer ceramic capacitors. The microstructure of the ceramics was analyzed by means of XRD, SEM and TEM.
