氚增殖剂偏铝酸锂多孔陶瓷研究
Investigation of r-LiAlO2 Porous Ceramics as Tritium Breeder
【摘要】 报道了用于混合堆包层的氚增殖材料r-LiAlO2多孔陶瓷的制备工艺和性能研究。采用喷雾干燥热分解法制备r-LiAlO2超细粉,再经冷压烧结工艺制备成多孔陶瓷,其粒径约0.3μm,r相纯高于99%,密度大于80%,杂质含量低于1500ppm,具有"bimodel"微孔结构,650℃温度下可定量释放氚。
【Abstract】 Lithium Aluminate (r-LiAlO2)is one of the leading ceramics as solid tritium breeder in future fusion reactors. A process was developed to prepare r-LiAlO2 porous ceramic with grain size 0.3μm, r-phase purities>99%, density>80%, T.D. impurities<1500ppm and good tritium release behavior by using spray-pyrolysis and cold-pressing sintering technique.
