水中无机氰化物测定方法的探讨
STUDY ON DETERMINATION METHOD OF INORGANIC CYANIDE IN WATER
【摘要】 较深入地对11种“络合氰”和“游离氰”的预处理条件进行一些探讨,从而确立了“游离氰”预处理新方法,比目前使用的酒石酸-醋酸锌预处理的测定结果更接近于实际含量.方法操作简便、灵敏度高,标准偏差为1%,回收率80%~98%,测量范围0.005~50μgCN~-/100ml,适用于饮用水、地表水、地下水和一般工业废水中“游离氰”和“总氰”的测定.
【Abstract】 Eleven kinds of complex cyanogen and free cyanogen is investigated. A new preconditioning method of free cyanogen was developed. Hydrocyanic acid in the basic medium reacts with picranisic and to form an orange compound. The depth of color has linear relativity with the content cyanide in certain range. When cyanogen in the water sample is converted into the gas of hydrocyanic acid, it can be absorbed, concentrated, developed, determined, by the picrate acid in the basic solution directly. The relative standard deviation is 1%, the recovery rate is 83-98%. Corresponding to 100mL water sample, the determination range is 0.005-50μgCN-.
