高灵敏显色反应体系分光光度法测定痕量镉
SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMI-NATION OF TRACE CADMIUM BY EXTRA-HIGH SENSITIVE COLOUR REAC-TIONS
【摘要】 利用镉(Ⅱ)-碘化钾-丁基罗丹明B-PVA高灵敏显色体系分光光度法测定了水样及发样中的痕量镉,含量在0~1.5(μg/25ml)范围内符合比耳定律。表观摩尔吸光系数为1.14×106L·mol-1·Cm-1。
【Abstract】 A highly sensitive spectrophotometric method of determination for trace Cadmium was developed. The method is based on the formation of a complicated ion-association complex of cadmium(Ⅱ ) with butylrhodamine β (BEB) and iodide in the presence of palyvinyl alcohol. The maximum absorption of the ion-association complex is at 600nm and its apparent molar absorptivity is 1.14 × 106L · mol-1 · cm-1. Bee’s law is obeyed for 0-1.5μg/ 25ml of cadmium. The interference of diverse ions was studied. The method has been used for the determination of trace cadmium in tap water and human hair with satistactory results.
