【摘要】 对57例腰椎间盘突出症病人术前进行轴位牵引下直腿抬高试验以区别可逆性还是不可逆性腰椎间盘突出。经手术证实,符合率达79％。这是一种完全无损伤的新检查方法,简便易行,准确率较高,可作为一项动态性腰椎间盘突出观察指标,具有一定临床实用价值,并为术前选择治疗方法提供很好的参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 57 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were examined in Axial Traction-Straight Leg Raising Test before the operation. The test was undertaken to distinguish the reversible of disc protrusion from irreversible. This is a new method of diagnosis. The noninvaslve and easy to test give it great advantages over other methods. By the results of operative findings,the accuracy of clinical examination is found to be 79%. The procedure of test and mechanism and the clinical value were discussed in detail.更多还原
