玻璃纤维增强高密度聚乙烯基体结晶形态研究

【摘要】 本文采用偏光显微、小角光散射、WAXD、DSC和动态力学分析等方法考察了玻纤含量、界面粘结性及试样成型冷却速率对玻纤增强HDPE基体结晶的影响。结果表明,复合材料成型冷却过程中,由于玻纤、树脂间热收缩性质的不同而引起的界面应力可对玻纤周围基体树脂的结晶产生应变诱导作用,促使玻纤表面串晶或微纤晶晶体的形成。

【Abstract】 The influence of fiber content and interfacial adhesion on the crystallization and the morphology of matrix was investigated by using polarizing microscope,small angle light scattering, WAXD.DSC and dynamic mechanical analysis. The results show that the produced interfacial stress from the contractive difference between glass fiber and matrix in the composite injection molding can strain-induce crystallization of matrix in the area surrounding glass fiber,and leads to forming the shish-kebab or microfibrillar crystalline. Meanwhile,the forming process of the mi-crofibrillar crystalline was also the process about that the interfacial stress was reasonably relaxed and the interfacial phase module was enhanced?The concentration of glass fiber,the interfacial bonding strength and the cooling rate of the sample in injection fnolding all have important effect on the strain-induced crystallization, the crystalline morphology, the microlite size and the crys-tallinity of matrix.
