铜钛合金形变时效过程中强化机理的研究
STUDY ON STRENGTHENING MECHANISM OF Cu-2.4wt% Ti ALLOY AT DEFORMATION-AGING
【摘要】 Cu—2.4 wt%Ti 合金是一种新型弹性材料,在固溶、形变、时效过程中,其强度与塑性均明显提高.目前国内外对这种特性的机理研究文章不多,本文用微观畸变与相析出理论解释了这一特性,对该合金经860℃固溶、50%形变、450℃时效不同时间的强化机制进行了研究.用 SEM 观察了不同条件下的显微组织的形貌及析出相的分布;用 XRD 应力测定法(方差法)测定了衍射线的宽化度,计算出不同状态下的微观畸变量(微观应力的表征)与嵌镶块大小.对结果进行了讨论.
【Abstract】 Cu-2.4wt %Ti alloy is a new type of elastic material.Both the tensile strength and the plasticity of this alloy increase obviously in the process of solid-solution,deformation and aging.But there are few papers concerning about the studies of the special properties at home and abroad.We will explain the phenomena by the theory of micro-distortion and phase precipitation.The strengthening mecha- nism of the Cu-2.4wt %Ti alloy through solid solution at 860℃,50% deformation and aging at 450℃ at different times is studied in this paper.By use of SEM,the morphology of the alloy microstructure and the distribution of phase precipitation are investigated.The broadness of diffraction line is determined by XRD stress measure- ment.(variance method).The micro-stress(Ⅱ stress)and the size of mosaic block are also studied.Finally,the experimental results are discussed.
