丙烯酰胺-二氰二胺大单体及其与苯乙烯共聚物的研究(Ⅱ)——共聚物与甲基橙及其同系物的相互作用

【摘要】 用平衡渗析法研究了主链含疏水基、侧链含亲水基的接枝共聚物P-M-St和二氰二胺同甲醛、氧化铵的缩合物D-F与甲基橙MO及乙基橙EO,橙黄Ⅳ O-Ⅳ相互作用的热力学.由Klotz方程求得键合常数K1和△G、△H和△S.D-F与P-M-St相比,其与MO的键合作用较弱.P-M-St与染料的键合程度:O-Ⅳ>EO>MO.脲或甲醇能削弱高聚物与染料的相互作用.

【Abstract】 The binding of amphiphilic copolymer P-M-St which consists of hydrophobic groups aiongs the mam chain and hydrophilic groups along the graft side chain and the condensation polymer of dicyanodiamide and formaldehyde D-F with methyl orange (MO) as well as the binding of P-M-St with MO homologue ethyl orange (EO) and orange-W (Q-IV ) were studied thermodynamically by the method of equilibrium dialysis at 25,35,45℃and 55℃.The equilibrium constant K1 and △H,△S,△G were obtained.It has been found that the binding ability of P-M-St is stronger than that of D-F since the former contains hydrophobic groups.The binding ability of dyes with P-M-St is in the order; O-IV>EO>MO,i.e.,the larger the hydrophobic group in dyes,the stronger is the binding ability.When urea or methanol is added,the hydro-phobic interaction of copolymer and dyes is destroyed,resulting in weakening the polymer-dye binding.After dyes interact with polymers,the △max shifts to ultraviolet region.The stronger the hydrophobicity of environments in which dyes lie,the greater the displacement.
