含磷二肽的合成及其除草活性的研究(Ⅲ)
Studies on the Synthesis of Phosphonodipeptides and Their Herbicidal Activity(Ⅲ)
【摘要】 用α-氨基次膦酸酯与N-氯乙酰基氨基酸酯进行亲核取代反应,合成了新型含磷二肽——温室生物试验结果表明,这类化合物具有一定的除草活性.本文还对保护的α-氨基次磷酸的合成方法进行了改进,提高了反应产率.
【Abstract】 It was reported in literature that phosphonopeptides had significant biological activities.In order to look for new herbicides,a series of novel phosp’honodipeptides have been prepared by the reaction of PhRP(O)CHRNH2 with C1CH2CONHCH(CH3)COOCH3 in the presence of triethylamine in benzene.Their molecular structures were proved by 1H NMR,IR and MS.Their spectroscopic spectra and biological activities were discussed.It is found that some of them show good herbicidal activity.Benzyloxycarbonylaminomethyl phenyl phosphinic acid was also synthesized in good yield by modification of the conventional method.The advantages of the new process and the reaction mechanism are discussed.
