【Abstract】 It was reported in literature that phosphonopeptides had significant biological activities.In order to look for new herbicides,a series of novel phosp’honodipeptides have been prepared by the reaction of PhRP(O)CHRNH2 with C1CH2CONHCH(CH3)COOCH3 in the presence of triethylamine in benzene.Their molecular structures were proved by 1H NMR,IR and MS.Their spectroscopic spectra and biological activities were discussed.It is found that some of them show good herbicidal activity.Benzyloxycarbonylaminomethyl phenyl phosphinic acid was also synthesized in good yield by modification of the conventional method.The advantages of the new process and the reaction mechanism are discussed.更多还原
