食品工业过滤用针刺无纺布滤料的开发

【摘要】 讨论了食品工业过滤用无纺布滤料的生产方法和原材料选择。利用气流成网针刺无纺布生产线,通过喂料开松、计量配棉、梳理成网、针刺复合、整烫定型,可得产品。原材料采用三种不同纤度的涤纶短纤维,其配比为:1.35dtex×51mm为35~40%、2.25dtex×51mm为30~40%、5.40dtex×51mm为30~40%,这三种不同纤度纤维制得的滤料,单重400g/m~2以上,其过滤效率达98.5%以上,透水性达260L/m~2·s以上,压力损失低于14000Pa。

【Abstract】 The producing method and the choosing of materials of non-woven fabric filter pad used as filtering in food industry were discussed.The product could be made with the help of the manufaturing line of theneedle punched non-woven fabric of air laid system, after having fed ma-terial, opened, cotton-metered and burdened, carded formed web, needle- punched composite and heat-setted. Three kinds of staple polyester fibersof different fiber number were used as raw material. The components were:staples of 1.35dtex×51mm(35~40%), staples of 2.25dtex×51mm(30~40%) andstaples of 5.40dtex×51mm(30~40%). The individual weight of filter padmade of these staples of different fibre number was over 400g/m~2. Itsfilterability reached above 98.5%. Its permeability for water reached 260L/m~2. sand its pressure loss was lower than 14000 Pa.
