【Abstract】 An intelligent spectrum analyzer is presented in the paper. CCDis used as a detector, and a micro-computer is used for control and proces-sing. Since CCD has functions of parallel detection and serial output of thespectral information, so this system can rapidly obtain the spectral linesproduced at the same time with different wavelengths, realize the real timeprocessing for spectra. For example, the mercury lamp spectrum has beenmeasured and the results are satisfactory.更多还原
