轴流风机动静叶非定常气动干扰的实验研究

【摘要】 <正> 轴流式叶轮机械的动静叶之间存在很强的由非定常流动而产生的相互干扰。而非定常流动的流场结构和机理比定常流动要复杂得多,实验与理论研究的难度很大。美国、英国、德国等发达国家已对透平和压气机的动静叶之间的干扰作了一定的机理性实验研究,而国内的研究还很少涉及到该领域。现在总的状况是机理性研究虽然有

【Abstract】 A slant hot-wire sensor and the phase-locked technology are used to measure the moving wake after the rotor of a low-speed axial fan. KULITE transducers are mounted on the stator blade surface to measure the fluctuating pressure. The experimental results show that the rotor wakes decay on a power-low basis along the axial direction. In the leading edge area of sta-tor blade the fluctuating pressure is strong and it decays along the blade surface. The fluctuating character is determined by the distance between rotor and stator and the flow character on the surface of the stator blade.
