雾状湿蒸气两相流湿度和水滴尺寸分布的光学法测量

【摘要】 <正> 一、引言 湿度、水滴尺寸分布是雾状湿蒸气两相流的2个重要参数,虽然有多种方法可以测量湿蒸汽,如热力学法、热平衡法、示踪元素法、滴定法、孔板法等,但这些方法都只能测量蒸汽湿度,不能测量水滴的尺寸、光全散射法则是一种可以同时测量湿度和水滴尺寸的方法,光全散射法的基本原理是当多个波长的单色平行光照射到湿蒸汽上时,受蒸汽中水滴的光散射效应影响,透射光强I和入射光强I0之间的关系符合Lambert-Beer定律
【Abstract】 Using the light extinction method to measure the wetness and droplet size distribution of foggy wet steam flow is a newly developed measurement technique. This paper presented an optical probe of light extinction method developed by authors and the experimental results of measuring the wet steam generated by a electric heating steam generators. Maximum heating power in the experiments was 40.5 kW. Experimental results shown that the maximum diameter of droplet is less than 20uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuum under any heating power. Adjusting the open degree of the governing valve could change the wetness of steam, however, had affection on the droplet size distribution.
