刺梨光合生理的初步研究(一)
PRELIMINARY STUDIES ON PHOTOSYNTHETIC PHYSIOLOGY OF CILI (Rosa roxburghii, Tratt)
【摘要】 本文研究了普通刺梨(Rosa roxburgii,Tratt)的光合特性,结果说明:刺梨的光补偿点为1~1.5KLX。饱和点为38~40KLX,属C3植物;光合速率在12~20mgCO2·dm-2·h-1之间,叶栅栏细胞2~3层,细胞高宽比为4~7,呈园柱体,属阳性植物。同时对刺梨光合“午休”的主要成因进行了研究。
【Abstract】 The photosynthetic characters, chief weathes factors affecting photosynthesis, causes of photosynthetic"nooa sleep" on the field grown Cili were preliminarily studied. By means of nonlineer stepwise regression under"Greatwall-0520" computer,the fitted mathematical equations of weathes factors affecting photosynthesis were established.
