双相钢镀锌钢丝的组织与性能

【摘要】 本文研究了热镀锌及镀后冷拔对高强度双相钢钢丝力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,热镀锌使双相钢冷拔钢丝的抗拉强度、扭转寿命和弯曲寿命降低。但在镀后的适量冷拔形变可提高上述力学性能。本文对热镀锌及镀后冷拔影响力学性能的原因进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 The influences of liquated zincing and cold-drawing on the mechanical properties of high strength dual phase steel wires have been investigated. It is shown that the ultimate tensile strength (UTS) torsion failure life (TEL) and reverse bending failure life (RBFL) are decreased obviously as the consequences of the zincing. However, these properties could be improved by the cold-drawing in little extent followed by the liquated zincing. The reasons of such influences have been discussed in this papeis.
