炉膛辐射换热直接交换面积的等分递推算法

【摘要】 介绍了一种简捷的求算炉膛辐射换热直接交换面积的方法——等分递推法。此方法以辐射角系数相关关系和现有的角系数分析解为基础,导出其递推关系式,并结合面间透过率的算术平均算法,求算直接交换面积。此算法简便、准确、省时。文中联系连续加热炉几何模型说明了公式的推导过程和辐射换热预解区域法的计算概略。算法的基本原则和导出的关系式可以推广应用。

【Abstract】 This paper presents the simpler "equi-zoning reciprccity method" for calculating radiant direct exchange arcas. Based on properties of radiant view factor and its analytical solutions, reciprocity relations of view factor and average transmittance between surfaces are developed for foregoing calculations. This method is better than other direct integral methcds: It is simpler, more accurate and it can save far more computing time, about 2~5 times. In this paper, algebraic equations of Hottel’s presolving zone method and process of solution for radiation heat transfer in reheating furnaces are also mentioned. Basic principles and reciprocity relations which introducted in this paper may be used in calculations of tadiation heat transfer in other heat equipments.
