高粘度PET溶解工艺初探

【摘要】 本文主要对特性粘度[η]=0.8~1.6d1/g 的PET 切片的溶解条件进行了研究。PET 用卤代乙酸等有机溶剂溶解时,通过溶解前的充分干燥,溶解时通入适量的氮气,加入抗氧剂,在一定温度下充分溶胀等方法,可得到均匀、稳定的PET 溶液,这样的溶液当粘度足够高时,进行溶液纺丝,即可制得高强高模的PET 纤维。

【Abstract】 The paper mainly discussed the dissolution technology of ultrahigh molecular weight PET(intrin-sic viscosity(η)=0.8~1.6).The dried PET polymer was swollen and then dissolved in an organicsolvent under a nitrogen atmosphere and at a suitable temperature.An adequate anti-oxide was alsoadded during dissolving process.The clear solution was obtained without any insoluble polymer,andthe solution could stand for a rong time at room temperature without degradation.If the viscosityof the solution was high enough,it could be used to wet spinning and manufacture of the highstrength and high modulus PET fibres.
