苯甲醛新工艺开发中相平衡的研究
Vapor-Liquid Equilibria for the System of Benzaldehyde Production by Oxidating Toluene
【摘要】 用改进的平衡釜测定了1.13×105Pa压力下甲苯-苯甲醛、甲苯-苯甲酸、苯甲醛—苯甲酸三个二元体系和甲苯- 苯甲醛- 苯甲酸三元体系气液平衡数据,对二元数据,用点检验法进行热力学一致性检验,用Margulus、Wilson、NRTL、UNIQUAC等方程进行热力学关联,推算了三元汽液平衡关系,并与实测值作了比较,均获得良好的效果.
【Abstract】 VLE data have been measured for the binary systems of toluene-benzaldehyde, toluene--benzoic acid, and benzaldehyde--benzoic acid, and for the ternary system of toluene--benzaldehyede-benzoic acid under pressure of 1.13×105Pa with a modified Rose equilibrium still. These data for binary systems were judged to the thermodynamic consisten- cy by the differential method, and fitted to the Margules, Wilson, NRTL, UNIQUIC equa- tions with a good accuracy. These equations except the first were used to estimate the VLE for the ternary system, and the predicted results were in agreement with the experimantal data.
