60Coγ射线诱发的小鼠精子染色体畸变与骨髓细胞染色体畸变的比较
CHROMOSOME ABERRATIONS INDUCED BY 60Co γ RAYS IRRADIATION IN SPERMS OF MOUSE AND COMPARISON WITH BONE MARROW CELLS
【摘要】 对不同剂量60Co γ射线诱发的小鼠精子染色体畸变进行了研究,并对同剂量组骨髓细胞染色体畸变率进行了比较。结果表明,γ射线能诱发精子染色体产生畸变,随着射线剂量增加,精子染色体畸变率也相应增加,两者之间存在明显的线性关系,将同剂量组精子染色体畸变与骨髓细胞染色体畸变比较发现,精子染色体畸变率及易位率均明显高于骨髓细胞,统计学上有显著差异。
【Abstract】 The chromosome aberrations in sperm of mouse induced by variousdoses of 60Co γ rays irradiation and the dose-response relationship were investigatedwith technique of in vive ftrtilization and chromosome preparation in the first cleav-age metaphase after fertilization. The chromosome aberrations in sperms and in bonemarrow cells were compared. Male ICR mouse were irradiated with various dose60Co γ rays. One week after exposure the male were mated with female and chromos-ome in the first cleavage metaphase were prepared. Chromosome aberrations were ana-lysed and compared in light of radiosensitivity in sperms and marrow cells. The resu-Its shows that 60Co γ ray induced chromosome aberrations in sperms and the frequen-cies of chromosome aberrasions increased with the doses. The positive correlation wasobserved between them, which fitted well to linear regression equation Y = -4.1636 +8.3989 D. Frequencies of aberrate sperms and doses fitted well to the equation Y=-0.6215 + 5.331 D. The type of chromosome aderrations observed were mainly thechromosome-type aberration (93.2%). The fragments were predominant in chromoso-me-type aberration(79.8%). As for the chromosome aberration of sperm and bonemarrow cells, the frequencies of total chromosome aberrations and translocations insperms were obviously higher than that in bone marrow cells. Significant differencewas found between them.
