藏红T在磷酸介质中比色测定微量亚硝酸盐氮
Spectrophotometric Determlnaton of Micro Amounts of Nitrite in Phosphoric Acid with Safranine T
【摘要】 本文研究了NO2--藏红T水相显色体系及其光度特性。配合物的λmax为600nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为7.93×103L·mol-1·cm-1,NO2--N的浓度在0~3.5μg/mL时服从比耳定律。所制定的测定NO2--N光度法用于河水、泉水、污水的分析,获得满意的结果。
【Abstract】 A new sensitive colour reaction of NO2- with safranine T system has been developed. The complex exhibits absorption maximum at 600nm. The apparent molar absorptivity is found to be 7.39×103L·mol-1·cm-1 at 600nm. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 to 3.5μg/mL. The method has been applied to the determination of nitrite in waters with satisfactory results.
