【摘要】 本文提出以浓硝酸冷浸非全消化法,加OP乳化剂作稳定剂,悬浮液进样法,石墨炉原子吸收测定人发中痕量铬,取得了满意的结果。回收率为93~98%。

【Abstract】 The Conditions for determining chromium in human hair .by GFAAS.and a new method for digesting human hair have been studied. The conventional complete digestion method may result in the loss of chromium. A new method is proposed to form a suspension by soaking the hair with HNO3,adding surfactant to stabilize the colloid and then chromium content in the suspension solution is determined. The results are satisfactory. This method is simple and rapid, with recovery of 93~98% and high sensitivity.
