【Abstract】 In this paper, the fluorescence property of benzo (a) pyrene is investigated,and an analytical method of benzo (a) pyrene by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection is developed. The results show that the method has the advantages of conveience, high speed,high sensitivity and good accuracy. The method has been used for analysis of environmental and tap water.更多还原
