双作用叶片泵减振槽几何尺寸优化设计
Optimization of Double-Acting Vane Pump Vibration Damping Groove Geometic Dimension
【摘要】 本文通过分析双作用叶片泵减振槽对压力脉动的影响,分别讨论了叶片泵工作腔增压的三个主要因素,以此为依据建立了叶片泵工作腔压力的数学模型,并应用优化设计方法,以减振槽的几何尺寸为设计变量,求出额定工况下,压力脉动最小时减振槽的几何尺寸.
【Abstract】 The paper discusses three major factors of increasing pressure of vane pump work-room, through analyzing the effect of vibration damping groove of double-acting vane pump on pressure fluctuation, and establishes pressure mathematical model of vane pump work-room. Taking geometric dimension of vibration damping groove as design variables, the geometric dimension of vibration damping groove in the minimum pressure fluctuation is solved with the methode of optimal design. The paper is one attempt to raise the performance of hydraulic parts and improve the design method of hydraulic parts.
