生物材料中铬的脉冲激光光声测定
Pulsed Laser-Induced Photoacoustic Determination of Chromium in Biological Material
【摘要】 本文报道用双PZT串联结构光声池定量测定溶液中二苯碳酰二肼(DPC)-铬络合物的液体脉冲光声分析法。铬的最低可检测浓度为8ng/25ml,相对标准偏差1.07%。用此法测定生物材料(鱼肉)中的铬,得到与原子吸收光谱法一致的结果。
【Abstract】 Diphenyl carbazide(DPC)-Cr complex compound solution has been quantitatively determined by using pulsed photoacoustic spectrometry for which a novel photoacoustic cell with dual PZT series connectional configuration was designed. The detection limit and relative standard deviation were 8ngCr/25ml and 1.07%, respectively. The method has been used in the determination of chromium in biological material. The result was in agreement with that determined by AAS.
